陕西省低碳经济发展水平测度及区域差异研究
Research on the Measurement of Low-carbon Economic Development Level and Regional Differences in Shaanxi Province

Abstract
Low-carbon economy is an important way to achieve the goal of double carbon on schedule.Based on the panel data of 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2022,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of low-carbon economic development level in Shaanxi Province from five dimensions of low-carbon resources,low-carbon society,low-carbon environment,low-carbon technology and industrial structure,and uses the entropy method and Dagum Gini coefficient to calcu-late the low-carbon economic development level and regional differences in Shaanxi Province during 2011-2022.The results show that:The development level of low-carbon economy in Shaanxi Province shows an upward trend,but the overall level is low,and there is regional disequilibrium;in terms of re-gions,Guanzhong is the highest,followed by Northern Shaanxi,and Southern Shaanxi is the lowest;in terms of prefecture-level cities,Xi"an is the highest,and Tongchuan,Shangluo and Weinan are at the end;The overall difference of low-carbon economic development level in Shaanxi Province is large and shows an upward trend;the inter-regional difference shows a fluctuating downward trend,and the intra-regional difference is the main source of the overall difference,and the contribution degree shows an upward trend;the contribution rate of super-variable density is low,but the change fluctuates greatly.In this regard,we should make up for the shortcomings of development accurately,increase investment in science and technology of low-carbon economy,and focus on narrowing the regional gap.关键词
