苓桂术甘汤对变应性鼻炎大鼠分泌性黏蛋白表达的影响
Effects of Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)on Mucin Level in Allergic Rhinitis Rats

Abstract
Objective AIM To observe the effect of Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)on the levels of mucin 5 AC(MUC5AC)and mucin 5B(MUC5B)in allergic rhinitis(AR)rats.Methods AR model was established by ovalbumin(OVA)sensi-tization in SD rats.AR model rats were randomly divided into model group,Western medicine group,and low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Another control group was set up.The Western medicine group and each TCM group received the corresponding drugs by gavage twice a day,while the control group and the model group were given the same amount of normal saline for 14 consecutive days.The behavior change in each group was observed.The nasal mucosa pathology and eosinophil(EOS)number were observed by H-E staining.ELISA and qRT-PCR were used to detect the expression levels of MUC5AC,MUC5B protein and mRNA.Results Compared with those of the control group,the behavioral scores of the model group were significantly increased,there is disruption,hyperplasia and degeneration of nasal mucosal tissue structure,the number EOS of nasal mucosa was significantly increased,and the protein and mRNA expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B were significantly up-regulated(P＜0.05).Compared with those of the model group,the behavioral scores of low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups of TCM were significantly reduced,the nasal mucosa tissue structure was relatively ti-dy,the number of EOS was decreased,and the protein and mRNA expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B were down-regulated(P＜0.05).Conclusion Linggui Zhugan Decoction could promote the repair of nasal mucosa by down-regulating the expressions of MUC5AC and MUC5B,thus playing a therapeutic role in AR rats.关键词
