广东省298名网约护士伦理行为现状及影响因素分析
Status quo and influencing factors of ethical behavior of online-booking nurses:a 298-case study in Guangdong Province

Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of ethical behavior of 298 online-booking nurses in Guangdong Province and ana-lyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 298 online-booking nurses from 32 hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected by convenience sampling.Online questionnaire survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire,Ethical Behavior Scale for Nurses,Role Clarity Scale and Perceived organizational Support Scale.Results The scores of Ethical Behavior Scale,Role Clarity Scale and Perceived Organizational Support Scale were 70.54±12.24,34.45±5.01,and 49.58±14.31,respectively.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that influencing factors of ethical behavior of online-booking nurses included clinical working length,role clar-ity and perceived organizational support(P<0.01),which jointly explained 46.4%of the total variance.Conclusion Ethical behavior of 298 online-booking nurses in Guangdong Province is at a moderately high level.Nursing administrators should strengthen special-ized ethics training for online-booking nurses,actively implement measures to enhance their self-role clarity,and provide comprehen-sive organizational support.These efforts will help improve ethical behavior of online-booking nurses and promote steady development of online-booking nursing services under robust ethical guidelines.关键词
