Abstract

Objective To develop a Nursing Informatics Teaching Quality Evaluation Index System for higher education institutions.Methods Based on the CIPP model,the initial draft of the system was developed through literature review.We conducted two rounds of Delphi consultations to revise the draft and determined the indicator weights using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Results Two rounds of expert consultations yielded an expert authority coefficient of 0.860.Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.153 and 0.205,respectively and coefficients of variation(CV)<0.25.The constructed Nursing Informatics Teaching Quality Evalua-tion Index System consisted of 4 first-level indicators(educational context,allocation of educational resources,holistic education pro-cess,and education outcomes),14 second-level and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusion The Nursing Informatics Teaching Quali-ty Evaluation Index System for Higher Education Institutions developed in this study provides a quantitative tool for assessing the teach-ing quality of Nursing Informatics in the new era.
