Best evidence summary on quality management standards of"Internet+Nursing Service"
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidence on quality management standards of"Internet+Nursing Service",and to pro-vide an evidence-based basis for the standardization of whole process management of"Internet+Nursing Service".Methods Sys-tematic search for literature regarding the quality management standards of"Internet+Nursing Services"was conducted,with a time-frame spanning from inception to January 31,2025.Two researchers screened,evaluated and synthesized the evidence.Results Elev-en articles were collected,including seven guidelines and four systematic evaluations.A total of 58 pieces of evidence were categorized in seven key areas,including system,organization and policy,staff quality,staff training,communication and humanistic care,assess-ment and planning,care delivery,and quality evaluation of care services.Conclusion This study synthesizes the best evidence for quality management in"Internet+Nursing Service"models,providing an evidence-based foundation for healthcare professionals to en-hance home care quality by tailoring these evidence to clinical practice.关键词
