Abstract
Objective To summarize and evaluate evidence on perioperative respiratory muscle training(RMT)for adult patients un-dergoing upper abdominal surgery,and to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.Methods Based on the"6S"evidence model,this study constructed a systematic search for domestic and international evidence including clinical decision support systems,expert consensus statements,clinical practice guidelines,systematic evaluations,meta-analyses,and evidence summaries,with a time-frame from the inception of the databases to January 15,2025.In evidence processing,two researchers with systematic evidence-based methodology training independently completed literature quality review,evidence extraction and synthesis.Results Twenty papers that met the criteria were eventually included as follows:two clinical decision support system papers,three expert consensus state-ments,two evidence summary papers,and 13 systematic evaluation papers.Twenty evidence-based recommendations for perioperative RMT in adult patients undergoing upper abdominal surgery were summarized,categorized into six domains:training team,training as-sessment,perioperative respiratory muscle training,training safety,precautions,and health education.Conclusion This study sum-marizes the best evidence on perioperative RMT for adults undergoing upper abdominal surgery,aiming to provide evidence-based foundation for optimizing RMT protocols in this population.关键词
