任务驱动式翻转课堂在护理研究生科研学习中的实效研究
Efficacy of task-driven flipped classroom in nursing postgraduates'research learning

Abstract
Objective To conduct an in-depth exploration of the application of task-driven flipped classroom in the research courses for nursing postgraduates.Methods An explanatory sequential mixed-methods design was implemented.Eleven students were assessed using the Chinese Version of the Evidence-Based Practice Competence Questionnaire and the Nursing Research Compe-tence Self-Assessment Scale before and after the course.Qualitative semi-structured interview was conducted in seven students.Results The overall evidence-based practice(t=3.011,P=0.013)and scientific research abilities of these students were improved af-ter the teaching(t=5.953,P<0.001).Qualitative analysis revealed six themes:multi-level integration of evidence-based knowledge and scientific research knowledge via a task-driven flipped classroom;enhanced learning flexibility through transcending the constraints of traditional classroom;deepened learning experiences via flipped teaching for highly actionable,granular knowledge units;internaliza-tion of academic rigor to foster the development of critical and logical thinking;diversified student engagement in response to the course's rigor and challenges,and postgraduates'pressing,multifaceted,and advanced research needs.Conclusion Task-driven flipped classroom in nursing scientific research course demonstrate significant potential in nursing postgraduate education.关键词
