终身教育视域下非学历教育培训的变革创新
Reform and Innovation in Non-degree Education and Training from the Lifelong Education Perspective

Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued a powerful call to"advance the digi-talization of education,empower the construction of a learning society,and strengthen the safeguards for lifelong education."As an essential component of the lifelong education system,non-degree education and training has a profound impact on the development of a learning society and a nation committed to learning.On the new journey of Chinese-style modernization,this study analyzes the logical starting point for the high-quality development of non-de-gree education and training in universities from the perspective of lifelong education,considering the demand side(social transformation),the supply side(technological innovation),and the ecological layer(nationwide pursuit of learning).Focusing on the"bottlenecks,pain points,and difficulties"hinde-ring the high-quality development of non-degree education and training,the study analyzes the current challenges faced by universities,including ambig-uous positioning,ineffective management,low standards,and the mismatch between supply and demand.It also proposes pathways for optimizing the high-quality development of non-degree education and training in universities within the framework of lifelong education,aiming to strengthen the foundation of talent cultivation through the innovative development of non-degree education and training,and contribute to a new chapter in local socio-economic de-velopment.关键词
