摘要

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation and the deepening of lifelong learning,the high-quality development of continuing education faces challenges,such as uneven resource allocation,extensive services and inefficient management.Artificial intelligence(AI),with its advantages in data in-sight and adaptability,offers new pathways for addressing these issues.Through a systematic exploration of the internal logic,core pathways,and practical challenges of AI-empowered continuing education,it is found that its internal logic lies in the deep coupling among the adaptability of technology itself,the urgency of educational needs,and the policy orientation of development goals.The core pathways focus on four major dimensions:personalized learning systems,intelligent resource provision,refined management mechanisms,and three-dimensional developmental evaluation systems.However,practical challenges remain,including disordered data governance,concerns about algorithmic fairness,insufficient human-technology integration and sustainabili-ty dilemmas.Accordingly,this study proposes the construction of a"data-algorithm-integration-sustainability"collaborative governance framework to tackle these challenges,and advocates for an"intelligence-driven,precision-service,and dynamically optimized"ecosystem to provide both theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent transformation of continuing education.
