教育强国背景下"双师型"教师生态发展系统构建与优化策略
Construction and Optimization Strategies for the Ecological Development System of"Dual-Qualified"Teachers under the Background of Leading Country in Education

Abstract
In the context of building a strong educational system for China,"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational education serve as a core force for cultivating technical and skilled talents.However,they face challenges such as fragmented career pathways,insufficient school-enterprise collab-oration,limited evaluation mechanisms,and fragmented support.Based on ecosystem theory,this study constructs a teacher development ecosystem com-prising vocational colleges,enterprises,government and third-party organizations,and analyzes multi-level interactions at micro,meso,exo and macro levels.Thus,an ecological development pathway is proposed,driven by the dual forces of the education and industry systems.To address existing challen-ges,this study proposes five optimization strategies,including establishing integrated teacher career pathways,reshaping the dual-subject school-enter-prise cultivation model,reconstructing a comprehensive supportive evaluation system,promoting digitalization of teacher growth,and enhancing policy safeguards through classified management and a dual-track professional title system.The study aims to shift teacher development from individual growth to ecological evolution,fostering a systematic,open and sustainable ecosystem for dual-qualified teachers.关键词
