乡村教师专业发展共同体构建的价值意蕴与实践路径
Building Professional Development Communities for Rural Teachers:Value Implications and Practical Pathways

Abstract
The professional development community for rural teachers serves as an essential pathway for building a high-quality rural teacher educa-tion system,promoting the integration of pre-service and in-service training,and cultivating a highly competent rural teaching workforce.It holds unique value in fostering the intrinsic motivation of both student teachers and in-service educators to devote themselves to rural education.Nevertheless,the de-velopment of such communities faces several challenges,including insufficient immersion of student teachers in rural educational practice,inadequate rel-evance of in-service training content,low engagement of urban and rural schools to participate in community building,and the absence of a sustainable and coordinated mechanism for collaboration.To address these challenges,four strategic pathways are proposed:engaging deeply with rural education to strengthen recognition of its value;restructuring curriculum systems to ensure targeted and cohesive teacher preparation and development;mobilizing mul-tiple stakeholders to generate both internal and external momentum for community building;and establishing a regularized coordination mechanism to facil-itate efficient and sustained community operation.关键词
