Theoretical logic,current situation review and promotion strategies for sustainable forestry development based on the"dual carbon"goals

Abstract
Sustainable forestry development is a natural driving force for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.Starting from carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,this article constructed a three-dimensional theoretical logical framework of"ecology-economy-society",and established a problem diagnosis model of"resource-market-policy"to systematically analyze the structural contradictions of sustainable forestry development and reveal the promotion strategies for sustainable forestry development.Research results showed that:Ecological logic,economic logic and social logic constituted the theoretical foundation of sustainable forestry development.Among them,ecological logic focused on maintaining ecosystem stability and ensuring the integrity and balance of forest ecosystem.Economic logic emphasized promoting the value transformation of forestry resources.Social logic dedicated to ensuring people's livelihoods and well-being.From the perspective of reality,sustainable forestry development faced many challenges.The carbon se-questration capacity of forest ecosystems urgently needed to be improved.Probelems such as insufficient market mechanism for forestry carbon sinks and the lack of institutional guarantees for forestry affected the sustainable forestry development.There were multidimensional constraints of"resource-market-policy".In view of this,this article proposed to achieve the coupling and coordination of sustainable forestry development and carbon peak and carbon neutrality by adhering to systematic thinking,grasping key paths and stimulating innovative vitality.The innovation of the article lies in constructing a systematic solution for sustainable forestry development based on carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and maximizing the comprehensive benefits of the environment,economy and society.In future research on promoting sustainable forestry development to achieve"dual carbon"goals,we should continue to deepen the combination of theory and practice,pay attention to interdisciplinary integration,and focus on the development system of forestry policies that are coupled by multiple systems such as industries,regions and departments.关键词
