Optimization path of Guangxi's forest-related transaction system under three-dimensional framework of"Environment-Platform-Product"

Abstract
As the core carrier of market-oriented allocation of forestry factors,the forest-related transaction system is of strategic significance for promoting the high-quality development of forestry economy.Although China has initially established a forest-related transaction system,it still faces deep-seated structural contradictions in terms of institutional design,market operation,and governance efficiency.Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,a national forestry reform pilot area,as a typical case,this paper innovatively constructed a three-dimensional framework of"environment-platform-product"to deeply reveal the dynamic coupling mechanism among the various elements of the forest-related transaction system.The results showed that:(1)The healthy development of the forest-related transaction system was essentially the result of the dynamic balance among the environment,the market and the platform.(2)Guangxi's forest-related transaction system faced dilemmas such as the lack of transaction standards,malfunctioning pricing mechanism,and in-sufficient platform interoperability in the process of characteristic development.(3)It was urgent to sysytematiclly promote from four aspects:top-level institutional innovation,improvement of market mechanism,upgrading of digital platform and strengthening of multi-stakeholder governance.By implementing differentiated policy design,building data interoperability platforms,innovating product systems,and enhancing systemic safeguards,development bottlenecks could be overcome.The article innovatively constructed a three-dimensional framework of"environment-platform-product",revealed the coupling mechanism of internal elements of the forest-related transaction system,and provided a new theoretical perspective.In the future,further efforts should be made to promote cross-regional institutional coordination and deeper integration of digital technologies,thereby advancing the forest-related transaction system to a higher level and offering a replicable practical model for the market-oriented reform of forestry elements nationwide.关键词
