Abstract
Mixing CFB boilers with urban water treatment sludge can reduce environmental pollution and save coal resources.However,the blending ratio will have an impact on the circulation rate of CFB boilers and affect the boiler's heat transfer and diffusion performance.Since the circulation ratio is difficult to directly measure,a soft sensing method is developed:the equivalent ash is obtained by analyzing and calculating the composition of coal,sludge and limestone,and then the equivalent ash and the fly ash fraction under the undesulfurized condition are calculated to obtain the fly ash fraction under the desulfurized condition.On this basis,the furnace flue gas volume is calculated to obtain the separation efficiency of the separator.Finally,the circulation ratio is calculated using the separation efficiency and the fly ash fraction under the desulfurized condition.The analysis results show that this method can accurately show the relationship between different mixed sludge ratios and the circulation ratio of CFB boilers under the existing measurement points.Calculations show that the proportion of blended sludge should not be too large,otherwise it will cause a decrease in circulation ratio and affect heat diffusion.关键词
