行动者网络视角下乡村林农手工技艺何以走向复兴?
How can rural forest farmers'handicraft skills revive from the perspective of Actor-Network

Abstract
With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,forest farmer'handicraft skills are gradually being revived in rural areas and attracting wide attention.This article took the oil-tea camellia industry in Xixiang,Hunan as the research object,applied Actor-Network Theory,adopted case study method,and conducted research through semi-structured interviews,participatory observation and literature review.Research findings showed that:(1)The revival of rural forest farmers'handicraft skills was a process of multiple actors forming a dynamic network.The revival of the oil-tea camellia industry in Xixiang,Hunan was demonstrated by the collaboration between human and non-human actors,who jointly built a stable interaction network and exhibited dynamic changes due to the differences in the actors and their ways of action.(2)Actors achieved the revival of forestry farmers'handicraft skills through translation.The manifestation of actors'initiative was reflected in the process of translation,going through three stages of"problem presentation-benefit empowerment-conscripiton and mobilization".Each actor fully leveraged their own advantages,utilized various resources,and achieved the revival of rural forest farmers'handicraft skills through effective collective actions.(3)The in-depth exploration of cultural and ecological values had further enhanced the comprehensive benefits of rural forest farmers'handicraft skills.The value superposition of"skills-culture-ecology"had promoted the sustainable development of the industry,providing a three-dimensional development path of"cultural empowerment-ecological enhancement-economic growth"for the long-term development of rural forest farmers'handicraft skills.The article expanded the application of Actor-Network Theory in the study of forest farmers'handicraft skills and deepened the understanding of the development laws of rural industries.Based on the research findings,this article proposed the following policy implications:establishing a collaborative mechanism among multiple actors to strengthen the effectiveness of network governance,deepening the translation strategy to stimulate the active participation of multiple subjects,promoting the superposition of cultural and ecological values to achieve sustainable development of industries.关键词
