摘要

Abstract

Based on the Siemens 1200 series PLC and serial server,a bearing temperature display and remote monitoring system has been constructed and implemented.The temperature controller achieves on-site display of bearing temperatures and utilizes the serial server's transparent transmission function to convert MODBUS RTU data transmitted via RS485 directly into network packets following the MODBUS TCP protocol for transmission,meeting the requirements for long-distance communication and overall industrial network construction.TIA Portal software is used for PLC configuration and programming,with the S7-1200 serving as the client and the serial server as the server,realizes polling control of MODBUS TCP communication.
