摘要
Abstract
The cargo compartment constitutes a primary structural component of a simple elevator,so its design compliance is critical for safe operation. In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3811-2008 Design Rules for Cranes, the investigation departs from the equipment characteristics and application contexts of simple elevators.Based on a comprehensive analysis of load characteristics and load combinations,a prototype simple elevator rated at 1 500 kg load-bearing capacity was adopted as the design case. The working stress method was employed to verify the strength of the upper beam, lower beam, upright posts, tie rods, car floor, and arresting safety pin. Results reveal that the bending stress in the lower beam and the safety pin fails to satisfy the requirements stipulated in GB/T 3811-2008,the deficiency being chiefly attributable to downgraded design. As design represents the first phase in the entire life cycle of a simple elevator, enhanced control over the design stage is imperative to improve the equipment's intrinsic safety effectively.关键词
