液压顶升球面定心平衡载荷设计与可靠性分析

Abstract
Considering eccentric loading arising from unbalanced loads on a 400 t hydraulic jacking mechanism subjected to direct action of girder,a spherical centering structure was proposed.A concave-convex plate incorporating a ball center and a matching socket was designed,and a Hertz contact-mechanics model was established and verified by finite element simulation.The results demonstrate that the spherical centering can redistribute the unbalanced load toward the mechanism center and reduce the eccentric-load ratio.This solution addresses the eccentric load of hydraulic jacking mechanism induced by wind and structural loads during the hoisting of large equipment,offering practical significance for stability and safety during hoisting operations.关键词
