摘要
Abstract
This research focuses on machining of special-shaped mesh screws on slender shafts by means of a CNC lathe.Key technologies and processing difficulties were examined with respect to equipment,tooling,cutting tools,programming,and process parameters.Based on theoretical analysis,Vericut simulation,and case study,a set of feasible solutions was proposed to enhance the machining quality and production efficiency of special-shaped mesh screws,reduce the associated processing costs,and furnish theoretical guidance and technical reference for relevant production practices.关键词
