环氧化木质素交联剂的制备及其对丙烯酸树脂性能的影响
Preparation of Epoxidized Lignin Crosslinking Agent and Its Effect on the Properties of Acrylic Resin

Abstract
In order to improve reactivity and utilization efficiency of lignin,epoxidized lignin(EPL)was prepared by chemical modification of pre-hydrolyzed lignin(PL).And its effect as a crosslinking agent on the mechanical properties of acrylic resin and the interfacial bonding strength in adhesive application were investigated.The results showed that EPL exhibited excellent interfacial compatibility with acrylic resin.The acrylic resin(HLEPL1)with 1%EPL crosslinking agent exhibited good mechanical properties.The tensile strength,tensile strain and toughness of the adhesive were 3.0 MPa,732.1%and 10.7 kJ/m3,respectively,which were 87.5%,41.3%and 167.5%higher than those of the acrylic resin without lignin(HLEPL0).In addition,due to the poor compatibility between lignin and acrylic resin,the mechanical properties of acrylic resin with unmodified lignin decreased significantly,with tensile strength,tensile strain,and toughness measuring were 0.3 MPa,108.8%,and 0.2 kJ/m3,respectively.In the application of adhesive,wood panels were bonded through hot pressing.The shear stress and bonding strength of HLEPL0 were 630.0 N and 4.2 MPa,respectively,while those of HLEPL1 increased to 1 116.2 N and 7.4 MPa,respectively.Moreover,its bonding strength remained at 90.9%after 5 cycles.关键词
