Automobile seat leather and sponge overlay feeding system based on visual positioning
摘要
Abstract
In the manufacturing of automotive seats,the laminated structure of leather and sponge helps improve riding comfort.Currently,this lamination process mostly relies on traditional manual feeding,which has problems such as low efficiency and difficulty in ensuring lamination accuracy.To achieve efficient and precise automated feeding,a collaborative operation system of vision and robot was introduced.The automatic lamination of the two was completed through the process of"grabbing leather-visual positioning-grabbing sponge-visual compensation-lamination placement".Based on the Visual Studio platform,the VisionPro vision software was integrated,and the robot hand-eye calibration technology,PatMax edge feature matching algorithm and offset compensation algorithm are combined to achieve high-precision alignment and lamination.The feeding experiment results showed that the average errors of the lamination edges were δx=0.5 mm and δy=0.8 mm respectively,which met the precision requirements of automated production.关键词
