汽车轮毂轻量化设计与加工工艺的协同优化研究
Research on collaborative optimization of lightweight design and processing technology of automobile wheel hubs

Abstract
To address issues in the lightweighting process of automotive wheel hubs,such as the disconnect between design and manufacturing,increased processing complexity,and insufficient process adaptability,a systematic study was conducted on the collaborative optimization path for lightweight design and processing technology of wheel hubs.The study found that current lightweight materials(e.g.,aluminum alloys,magnesium alloys)impose special requirements on cutting tools and cutting parameters during processing.While structural weight-reduction methods like topological optimization have achieved significant results in design,they greatly increase manufacturing difficulty,and traditional process systems struggle to balance processing efficiency and forming accuracy.Within the existing technical system,CAD/CAE integrated design platforms enable efficient optimization of wheel hub structures;advanced processes such as laser processing and ultrasonic-assisted manufacturing feature high flexibility and high precision in processing;and digital twin and intelligent control technologies provide possibilities for adaptive process optimization.Based on the above analysis,optimization suggestions were proposed from dimensions including the collaborative matching of"material-structure-process",intelligent process parameter optimization,and full-process data closed-loop feedback.The aim is to achieve high-quality and efficient manufacturing of lightweight wheel hub designs,and drive the continuous development of the automotive component industry towards green and intelligent directions.关键词
