基于轮边制动的巴哈赛车制动系统优化
Optimization of BAJA racing car braking system based on wheelside braking
摘要
Abstract
To address the thermal fading issue of the braking system in BAJA racing cars and enhance the vehicle's braking performance,an optimization scheme for the braking system based on wheel-side braking was proposed.Firstly,the braking force and braking force distribution coefficient were determined based on the vehicle dynamics model,and the pedal force and brake pedal lever ratio were calculated.Secondly,the brake pedal was designed in accordance with ergonomics,followed by a strength check.Finally,with the goal of enhancing heat dissipation,the brake disc was optimally designed:SolidWorks was used for 3D modeling,and ANSYS Workbench was employed to conduct strength checks and coupled transient thermal analysis on the brake disc both before and after the optimization design.Ultimately,the effectiveness and reliability of the designed scheme were verified through on-site races.关键词
