Abstract
With the continuous development of operation and maintenance technologies for urban rail transit,the maintenance concept based on"condition-based maintenance"has become increasingly mature,and the extension of vehicle overhaul cycles has emerged as a crucial trend in the industry for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Taking the electric multiple units(EMUs)of Phase I of Nanchang Metro Line 1 as the research object,a special reliability assessment study on key components was conducted in response to the new requirement of extending their overhaul cycle from 10 years or 1.6×106 km to 12 years or 4.8×106 km.By establishing a comprehensive evaluation system that"takes theoretical life calculation as the foundation,condition inspection as verification,industry comparison as reference,and critical point analysis as supplement",a systematic analysis was carried out on the adaptability of a total of 16 key components across six major systems(including bogies,braking systems,door systems,and pantographs etc.)under the extended cycle.The assessment results showed that approximately 80%of the key components(13 components)could meet the operational requirements of the 12-year overhaul cycle by relying on existing maintenance measures and their own life characteristics.The study proposed a differentiated maintenance strategy centered on"shifting from scheduled maintenance to condition-based maintenance",which provided a practical basis for ensuring the operational safety and reliability of vehicles during the extended overhaul cycle and also offered valuable references for the optimization of maintenance procedures for similar metro vehicles.关键词
