耳穴艾灸联合耳针及黄体酮软胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚型早期先兆流产疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of ear acupoint moxibustion,auricular acupuncture combined with progesterone soft capsules on early threatened miscarriage of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of ear acupoint moxibustion,auricular acupuncture combined with progesterone soft capsules in treating early threatened miscarriage of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients with early threatened miscarriage of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type were selected and divided into the control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.Patients in the control group were given progesterone soft capsules orally,0.1 g each time,twice a day,for a total of 4 weeks of treatment.Pa-tients in the observation group were treated with ear point moxibustion,ear acupuncture combined with progesterone soft capsules,ear point moxibustion,and ear acupuncture three times a week,alternating between the ears for four consecutive weeks;the oral administration method of progesterone soft capsules was the same as that of the control group.Before and after treatment,symptoms were evaluated using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and serum hor-mones estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were detected using electrochemilu-minescence immunoassay to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After 4-week treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The serum E2,P,and β-HCG levels in the ob-servation group at 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment were all higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).In the con-trol group,the serum E2 levels at 1,2,and 4 weeks of treatment,the serum P levels at 2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment,and the serum β-HCG levels at 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment were all higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The serum E2 levels in the observation group at 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment and the serum β-HCG levels at 2 and 3 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in serum P levels between the two groups at any time point(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the obser-vation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that(76.67%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupunc-ture and moxibustion of the ear combined with progesterone soft capsules,can relieve the clinical symptoms of early threat-ened abortion patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency and improve the hormone level,and the curative effect is superi-or to that of progesterone soft capsules alone.关键词
