噻吗洛尔滴眼液与透明质酸钠凝胶混合外用治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤效果观察
Clinical observation of timolol eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate gel in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of externally applied mixed solution of timolol eye drops and sodium hyaluronate gel for treating infantile hemangioma(IH).Methods Seventy-three children with IH were se-lected and categorized into the control group of 29 cases(33 lesions)and the observation group of 44 cases(51 lesions),based on their treatment modalities.Children in the control group received external application of timolol maleate eye drops,while children in the observation group were treated with the combination of timolol maleate eye drops and sodium hyaluronate gel;both were administered four times daily over a period of 1 to 6 months.After 1 to 3 months of treatment,an evaluation was conducted.Children classified as Achauer grades Ⅰ and Ⅱ were switched to alternative treatment meth-ods,whereas those achieving Achauer grade Ⅳ or showing no significant blood flow signals on ultrasound examination had their treatment discontinued.Children with Achauer grade Ⅲ continued with ongoing treatment.The efficacy,adverse re-actions during treatment,and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 to 3 months of treatment,no statistically significant differences were observed in the proportion of grade IV cases or the effective rates between the two groups(all P>0.05).The control group underwent continuous treatment for 15 lesions,whereas the obser-vation group received continuous treatment for 22 lesions.After 4 to 6 months of treatment,there were no statistically signif-icant difference in the proportion of grade Ⅳ cases between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than that(39.39%)of the control group(P<0.05).One month after the completion of treatment,the satisfaction rate among parents in the observation group reached 96.77%,which was significantly higher than that(73.91%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall efficacy of timolol eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate gel in treatment of IH is comparable to that of timolol maleate eye drops used alone,but it has a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher satisfaction among the children's parents.关键词
