某综合性三级甲等医院中西医协同发展的措施与成效
Measures and achievements of integrated development of TCM and Western medicine in a comprehensive Grade-A tertiary hospital

Abstract
The national"14th Five-Year Plan"for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clearly states the goal of"strengthening the collaboration and joint research between TCM and Western medicine,promoting the coordinated development of TCM and Western medicine in general hospitals,and improving the level of integration of TCM and Western medicine".At present,general hospitals still face multiple challenges in the coordinated development of TCM and Western medicine.Since 2020,Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University,adhering to the principle of"giving equal emphasis to TCM and Western medicine"has promoted the practice of coordinat-ed diagnosis and treatment of TCM and Western medicine in various clinical departments.The main measures include:im-proving the organizational structure;exploring the establishment of a joint diagnosis and treatment mechanism and strength-ening personnel training;exploring the establishment of TCM-Western medicine collaborative advantage diseases(accu-rately positioning entry points,incorporating into standardized management,and optimizing the diagnosis and treatment model);constructing a scientific research platform(building research-oriented departments,supporting innovative re-search models,and promoting the development of disciplines);improving the quality control system;and establishing a performance management model that reflects the characteristics of TCM.With the implementation of coordinated diagnosis and treatment measures between TCM and Western medicine,the hospital has achieved significant results in the construc-tion of a TCM-Western medicine coordinated"flagship"hospital,talent team,diagnosis and treatment capabilities,and scientific research innovation.For example,it has successfully been approved as a pilot for a TCM-Western medicine coor-dinated"flagship"hospital,with a continuously growing talent team;TCM-Western medicine collaborative diagnosis and treatment teams have been established,with clearly defined key collaborative diseases;relying on information technology,guidelines for TCM-Western medicine collaborative consultation have been promoted;leveraging the advantages of disci-plines,breakthroughs have been achieved in TCM-Western medicine combined prevention and treatment research;and in-dicators related to TCM business operations continue to improve.关键词
