气体信号分子在脊髓损伤继发性病变中的调控机制研究进展
Research progress on regulatory mechanism of gasotransmitters in secondary spinal cord injury
摘要
Abstract
Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a severe central nervous system disorder.The secondary injury process,which involves multiple pathological reactions including apoptosis,neuroinflammation,and ischemia-reperfusion injury,is the critical link leading to the persistent loss of neurological function.In recent years,gasotransmitters,as endogenous regula-tory mediators,have received widespread attention for their neuroprotective effects in SCI.Gasotransmitters,such as hy-drogen sulfide(H2S),nitric oxide(NO),carbon monoxide(CO),hydrogen(H2),and oxygen(O2),exert synergistic ef-fects through multiple targets and pathways.They can effectively inhibit neuronal apoptosis,alleviate inflammatory re-sponses,improve oxidative stress status,and promote tissue repair and functional recovery.Exploring the molecular regu-latory mechanisms of the aforementioned gasotransmitters in the critical stages of secondary SCI can provide a theoretical basis for the development of novel neuroprotective strategies.关键词
