从"脑为元神之府"探究中风后诸症病机及干预思路
Exploration of Pathogenesis and Intervention Ideas of Post-Stroke Symptoms Based on Theory of"Brain as Residence of Original Spirit"
摘要
Abstract
Guided by the theories of"the brain as the residence of the original spirit"and"vessel damage affecting the brain",this paper expounds that the damage to brain marrow,the involvement of the original spirit,and the subsequent impairment to the six meridians,zang-fu organs,meridians,nutrient-defense,qi and blood constitute an interconnected pathogenic process of"mutual impairment once damaged"after stroke.It puts forward the concepts of prevention,treatment,and rehabilitation after stroke,including"mutual impairment between zang-organs and the brain""concurrent disease of zang-organs and the brain""joint protection of zang-organs and the brain""simultaneous treatment of zang-organs and the brain".①Zang-organ diseases damaging the brain:the disturbance of qi transformation in the six meridians and the stagnation-induced damage to the blood vessels of the six meridians form the basis for the onset of stroke,while vessel damage affecting the brain is the core pathogenesis.②Brain disease damaging zang-organs:the brain has the functions of regulating the human body's qi movement and qi transformation,the stroke-induced brain damage affects the qi movement and qi transformation of the six meridians,which is referred to as"brain disease damaging zang-organs".(3)Self-damage of brain marrow:pathological changes of self-damage to brain marrow occur after stroke.After stroke,the six meridians,zang-fu organs,and brain marrow mutually impair each other,which is called mutual impairment between zang-organs and the brain and concurrent disease of zang-organs and the brain.A series of symptoms centered on stroke thus occur,which is termed"stroke+".The rescue of the brain after stroke starts with regulating the six meridians.Guided by regulating qi and restoring vessels,the principles for the prevention and treatment of"stroke+"are simultaneous treatment of zang-organs and the brain,joint protection of zang-organs and the brain,and rescuing the brain and soothing the spirit.关键词
