系统辨证脉学视域下土形人生理病理特点及相关临证经验
Physiological and Pathological Traits of People with Earth-Element Constitution and Clinical Experience from Perspective of Systematic Sphygmology for Pattern Differentiation

Abstract
Constitution refers to the inherent traits of the human body shaped by both innate and acquired factors,governing susceptibility to diseases and their developmental tendency.Grounded in the five-element constitution theory from the Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine,this study employs systematic sphygmology for pattern differentiation as the primary methodology for constitutional typing,investigates the earth type's physiological traits in terms of physical signs,personality profiles,seasonal adaptability,qi-blood equilibrium states,pulse manifestations,and its disease predispositions.Concurrently,it elucidates the pathological pulse signatures of earth-type-specific disorders and documents targeted pharmaco-therapeutic protocols.These findings aim to facilitate clinical identification of earth-type constitution,guide clinical medication,and enhance therapeutic outcomes.One illustrative case is appended.关键词
