《温病条辨》连梅汤方证探析及其现代临床应用
Analysis of Formula and Syndrome of Lianmei Decoction(连梅汤)in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases and Its Modern Clinical Application

Abstract
Lianmei Decoction(连梅汤)was created by WU Tang in the Qing Dynasty.It is an important formula for treating the syndrome of yin damage in the late stage of summer heat,but its formula-syndrome system has not been systematically sorted out.By referring back to the original text of Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases and combining with relevant medical records of YE Tianshi,this paper analyzes the formula-syndrome of Lianmei Decoction,and clarifies that it is mainly used for treating consump-tive thirst due to summer heat invading Shaoyin and paralysis due to summer heat invading Jueyin.The core pathogenesis is hyperactivity of heart fire and yin deficiency of liver and kidney.In terms of formula composition,Lianmei Decoction is based on the five herbs:Wumei(Mume Fructus),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix),and Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla).According to the rules of formulation,the similar formulas of Lianmei Decoction can be refined into four formulation methods,namely the method of sour-bitter-sweet-pungent[the representative formulas are Jiaomei Decoction(椒梅汤)and Wumei Pill(乌 梅 圆)],the method of sour-sweet for nourishing yin[the representative formulas are Shengmai Powder(生脉散),Renshen Wumei Decoction(人参乌梅汤),and Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi Decoction(东 垣 清 暑 益气汤)],the method of sour-bitter for clearing heat[the representative formula is Guadi Powder(瓜蒂散)],and the method of sweet-bitter combination[the repre-sentative prescription is Dongdi Sanhuang Decoction(冬地三黄汤)].In addition to being used for summer heat invading Shaoyin and Jueyin in the late stage of summer heat,Lianmei Decoction can be flexibly used for various diseases such as spleen and stomach diseases,diseases of qi,blood and body fluids,and emotional diseases,achieving the effect of treating different diseases with the same therapy,and providing more ideas for the clinical treatment of diseases.关键词
