Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Refractory Depression Based on"Concept of Constant Movement and Opposition"Between Fire and Primordial Qi
摘要
Abstract
The concept of constant movement is an important guiding ideology in traditional Chinese medicine.This study explores the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment regularities of LI Dongyuan's theory of primordial qi and yin-fire from the holistic perspective of"concept of constant movement and opposition"and inspires the diagnosis and treatment of refractory diseases today.Refractory depression shows the characteristics of intractable,complicated and recurrent severe diseases.The key to the evolution of its pathogenesis lies in the intense struggle between pathogenic factors and healthy qi,the intense rise and fall,and the imbalance of opposition and restriction between fire and primordial qi.According to the different key points of pathogenesis such as mixed fire,reversed fire,stagnated fire and accumulated fire,targeted treatment methods such as tonifying primordial qi,regulating primordial qi,subduing primordial qi and dredging primordial qi are adopted,in order to achieve a harmonious state where the primordial qi is sufficient and the yin-fire is subdued,thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect of refractory depression.关键词
