基于伏邪-气火失衡理论探讨帕金森病辨治思路
Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease Based on Theory of Latent Pathogen-Imbalance of Qi and Fire
摘要
Abstract
The clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease are complex and diverse,and its pathogenesis remains a hot-topic of current discussion.By sorting out the connotations,potential relationships of the three major theoretical systems in traditional Chinese medicine,namely latent pathogens,yin fire,and the circulation of qi,as well as their associations with the occurrence and development of Parkinson's disease,it is considered that yin fire is the core pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of Parkinson's disease;latent pathogens are the basis for the generation of yin fire and the root cause of Parkinson's disease;the circulation of qi indicates the potential direction of disease development,which is summarized as"imbalance of qi and fire".Based on this,a theoretical model of the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease,"latent pathogen-imbalance of qi and fire",is proposed.It is believed that the cause of Parkinson's disease is the latent pathogens inside the body,which develop over time;the pathogenesis is yin deficiency with excessive fire,and the evolution process includes weakness of the middle-energizer,yin fire invading spleen,insufficiency of liver and kidney,yin deficiency with excessive fire,disharmony between water and fire,disharmony between the heart and kidney,deficiency of lung yin,and failure of lung qi in dispersion and descent.Treatment should be carried out from aspects such as invigorating the middle-energizer and replenishing qi,nourishing stomach yin,nourishing water to moisten wood and nourishing yin to reduce fire,coordinating the heart and kidney and tranquilizing mind,promoting the mutual generation of metal and water,regulating yin and yang.关键词
