Research Progress on Metabolic Pathways and Treatment of Ferroptosis in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the breast cancer subtype with the highest risk of recurrence and mortality,posing a serious threat to women's health.Ferroptosis is a novel form of regulated cell death characterized by the accumulation of lipid reactive oxygen species and elevated iron levels.The sensitivity of cancer cells to ferroptosis is influ-enced by lipid,iron,and amino acid metabolism.The elevated iron and lipid levels in TNBC present the induction of ferrop-tosis as a promising therapeutic strategy.This review explores the metabolic pathways of ferroptosis in TNBC and related ther-apeutic advances,aiming to provide novel perspectives for improving TNBC treatment outcomes.关键词
