基于ISM-AHP法的河流健康影响因素研究
Study on Influencing Factors of River Health Based on ISM-AHP Method

Abstract
14 river health indicators in Taihu Lake Basin are selected to form the evaluation system based on the survey data of the river network from 2015 to 2014.The interpretative structure model(ISM)is used to construct a six-level structure of factors influencing the sustainable development of river health.The analytical hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to calculate the comprehensive weights of the elements in the structure for ranking.The results show that the weights of the ecological flow satisfaction degree,public satisfaction,and water supply volume guarantee rate are 0.750 0,0.473 5,and 0.423 1,respectively,which are much higher than other factors.Therefore,they are the main influencing factors for the river health in Taihu Lake Basin.The public satisfaction and comprehensive water quality indicators among the surface-level factors are the direct factors affecting the health of rivers.The management level of shoreline utilization and the retention rate of shoreline vegetation among the deep-level factors are the fundamental reasons affecting the health of rivers.The middle-level factors play a role in the transmission of influence between surface-level and deep-level factors.Based on the binary attribution and path analysis among elements at all levels,the countermeasures for the health management and protection of rivers in Taihu Lake Basin are proposed from aspects such as optimizing the layout of water conservancy structures along the shoreline,strengthening the supervision of small and medium-sized tributaries,and stabilizing the food chain structure of aquatic animals and plants.关键词
