Abstract
To solve the problems of flood forecasting and scheduling in Laoguan River Basin,the upper reaches above the Miping Hydrological Station is selected as the research area,and a flood forecasting model for the upper reaches of Laoguan River Basin is constructed based on HEC-HMS hydrological model.The SCS-CN runoff method,SCS unit line method,exponential decay method and Muskinguen method are used for runoff calculation and river channel flood routing,respectively.Nine measured rainfall and flood data within the study area are selected to calibrate and validate the model parameters,for exploring the applicability of models in this basin,and providing a basis for scientific flood dispatch optimization in this basin.The results show that the qualification rate of six flood simulations during calibration period is 83%with an average coefficient of certainty of 0.76,and the qualification rate of three flood simulations during the verification period is 100%with an average coefficient of certainty of 0.66.The overall forecast accuracy of nine floods reaches Class B,showing that the HEC-HMS hydrological model has good applicability in the flood simulation of the upper reaches of Laoguan River Basin,and can provide a basis for flood early warning in this basin.关键词
