基于数据挖掘探讨杨怀中治疗胰腺癌的用药规律分析
Data Mining-based Analysis of YANG Huaizhong's Medication Rules for the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the prescription patterns and medication rules used by Chief Physician YANG Huaizhong in the treatment of pancreatic cancer through data mining methods,and to elucidate his clinical experience for guiding effective treatment of this disease.Methods Clinical prescriptions for pancreatic cancer formulated by Chief Physician YANG Huaizhong were collected to establish a standardized medical case database.The Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(version 2.3.7)was employed to perform statistical analysis,cluster analysis,associa-tion rule analysis,and complex network analysis for data mining.Results A total of 465 prescriptions comprising 227 Chi-nese medicinal ingredients were included.The most frequently used herbs were vinegar-processed Pelodisci Carapax,As-tragali Radix,Actinidiae Chinensis Radix,Scorpio,Amorphophalli Rhizoma.In terms of the four qi properties,the herbs were mainly neutral,warm,or cold in nature;for the five flavors,sweet,pungent,and bitter were predominant;and the prin-cipal meridian tropisms were the spleen,lung,and liver meridians.The primary therapeutic functions included clearing heat and removing toxins,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,and attacking toxins to dissipate masses.Association rule anal-ysis revealed pairwise combinations among Amorphophalli Rhizoma,Actinidiae Chinensis Radix,Astragali Radix,vinegar-processed Pelodisci Carapax,Scorpio.Cluster analysis identified three core prescription patterns.Conclusion Chief Physi-cian YANG Huaizhong believes that pancreatic cancer is often associated with blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,and qi stagnation,which are usually intertwined.His therapeutic principle emphasizes strengthening the body's healthy qi while e-liminating pathogenic factors,with frequent application of methods such as resolving phlegm and dispersing accumulations,promoting blood circulation and softening hard masses,and invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi.During treatment,he focuses on expelling pathogens while simultaneously regulating qi and blood to protect the body's healthy qi.关键词
