通脉养心丸治疗冠心病心律失常的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease with Tongmai Yangxin Pills

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tongmai Yangxin Pills(TMYXP)in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with arrhythmias.Methods Eight databases,including CNKI,Wanfang Da-ta,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,SinoMed,and The Cochrane Library,were searched from their inception to October 1,2024.Literature screening and quality assessment were conducted independently by two reviewers.Statistical analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4(RevMan 5.4).Results Twenty randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involving a to-tal of 2 459 patients were included.Compared with conventional therapy alone,TMYXP combined with standard treatment significantly improved clinical symptom efficacy[relative risk RR=1.26,95％confidence interval CI(1.21-1.31),I2=0％,P＜0.000 01],enhanced traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome efficacy[RR=1.38,95％CI(1.21-1.58),I2=0％,P＜0.000 01],improved TCM syndrome scores[RR=-2.71,95％CI(-3.07 to-2.35),I2=71％,P＜0.000 01],effectively controlled mean ventricular rate[mean difference MD=-6.17,95％CI(-7.8 to-4.54),I2=0％,P＜0.000 01],decreased the frequency of CHD arrhythmia episodes[RR=-5.57,95％CI(-6.42 to-4.73),I2=0％,P＜0.000 01],reduced the number of premature atrial contractions[Standardized mean difference,SMD=-9.02,95％CI(-9.81,-8.22),I2=0,P＜0.000 01],improved 6-minute walk distance(6MWD)[MD=66.11,95％CI(58.27-73.95),I2=71％,P＜0.000 01],and lowered the incidence of adverse events[RR=0.41,95％CI(0.26-0.65),I2=0％,P=0.000 1].Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment for CHD with arrhythmias,combining TMYXP significantly enhances clinical efficacy and demonstrates good safety.关键词
