基于文献计量学研究灵芝多糖的发展概况与趋势
Overview and Trends in the Development of Ganoderma lucidum Polysaccharides:A Bibliometric Study

Abstract
Objective To promote the development and research of Ganoderma lucidum and to identify emerging research hotspots in the study of G.lucidum polysaccharides(GLPs)through bibliometric visualization analysis.Methods Literature related to GLPs published from 1981 to 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science database.Bibliometric visu-alization was performed using Bibliometrix,CiteSpace,and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 911 publications were identified.The global publication output peaked in 2019,with China being the leading contributor in this field.Peking Uni-versity ranked first among research institutions in publication volume.Keyword analysis indicated that GLPs are mainly as-sociated with antitumor,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and immunomodulatory activities.Emerging keywords highlighted"molecular mechanism"and"gut microbiota".Conclusion The annual publication volume of GLP research shows a fluc-tuating upward trend.Institutions such as Peking University and the University of Belgrade have conducted extensive exper-imental studies on GLPs.Current research hotspots focus primarily on anticancer,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,and antioxidant effects.Future studies are expected to delve deeper into the underlying mechanisms of action and the inter-actions between GLPs and the gut microbiota to further elucidate their pharmacological effects.关键词
