Professor Zheng Qinglian's Experience in Treating Tumor in Elderly Patients by Tonifying Kidney and Resolving Stasis
摘要
Abstract
The elderly patients with tumor often have multiple chronic underlying diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,and cardiovascular diseases,which complicate the medication.Moreover,most of the patients have declined me-tabolism in the liver and kidney and multi-organ deficiency.These underlying diseases,combined with kidney yang defi-ciency,form the complex pathogenesis combining deficiency,stasis,and toxin,which accelerate tumor progression.Professor ZHENG Qinglian believes that elder patients generally experience physiological kidney deficiency.Kidney yang deficiency and incubation of cold pathogen block qi movement and lead to the generation of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,the long-term accumulation of which results in toxin,ultimately complicating the disease due to the accumulation of multiple patho-gens and causing tumor.Kidney yang deficiency combined with internal accumulation of latent pathogen is the common pathogenesis of tumor in elderly patients.Therefore,Professor ZHENG proposes the method of tonifying kidney and resol-ving stasis to treat tumor in the elderly and creates Bushen Huayu Yiliu Prescription,which demonstrates significant thera-peutic effects in clinical practice.关键词
