装配式明挖隧道建造关键技术研究综述
Review of Key Construction Technologies for Prefabricated Open-Cut Tunnel

Abstract
Under the background of urban renewal strategies and the transformation of building industrialization,the urban municipal infrastructure has been a fundamental development condition.Because of the advantages of high construction efficiency and environmental friendliness,prefabricated open-cut tunnels have been widely applied in the field of municipal engineering.Based on this,a systematic review was conducted on the key technologies of pre-fabricated open-cut tunnels,including joint selection,joint mechanical performance,integrated structural assem-bly design methods,mechanical properties of the overall structure,waterproof materials,and waterproof systems.The research findings indicate that reasonable joint selection,analysis of mechanical performance design,scientific assembly design and precise mechanical performance analysis,as well as efficient waterproof materials and systems,are key factors in ensuring tunnel safety and durability.The systematic analysis of these key technologies provided theoretical foundations and technical guidance for the design optimization and construction of prefabricated open-cut tunnels,effectively improved the development and application of prefabricated tunnel technology.However,in the future,further Future research should focus on optimizing joint performance,improving the overall coordination mechanisms,enhancing material durability,and implementing intelligent construction management to further drive the innovative development of tunnel construction technology.关键词
