玉米大豆间作体系菌根定殖对土壤团聚体稳定性的影响
Effects of mycorrhizal colonization on aggregates stability of intercropping of maize and soyabean

Abstract
In order to investigate the changes of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF),glomalin(GRSP)and the stability of soil aggregates in maize and soybean intercropping under different phosphorus application levels on low phosphorus red soil,a total of six treatments were set up,including two planting modes(maize monoculture,maize and soybean intercropping)and three phosphorus application levels of P2O5 0,60,90 kg·hm-2(P0,P60,P90).The changes and correlations of mycorrhizal colonization,GRSP and soil aggregate stability under different phosphorus application levels of corn and soybean intercropping were analyzed.At the same time,how AMF affected the stability of soil aggregates through GRSP was studied.The results showed that the mycorrhizal infection in intercropping increased significantly by 37.93%,and reached the highest level under P60 treatment and increased the most in intercropping compared with single cropping.Maize biomass increased significantly by 33.28%under intercropping,and increased significantly with the increase of phosphorus application level,reaching the maximum under P90 treatment.Easy extraction of glomalin(EE-GRSP),total glomalin(T-GRSP),EE-GRSP/soil organic carbon(SOC)and T-GRSP/SOC were significantly increased and increased with the increase of phosphorus application level.Soil aggregate of>0.25 mm(R0.25),mean mass diameter(MWD)and geometric mean diameter(GMD)were significantly higher under intercropping conditions than under single cropping conditions.Compared with single cropping,the average increase of EE-GRSP and T-GRSP was 23.36%and 20.71%under intercropping conditions,and the maximum increase was 30.77%and 30.20%under P60 level,respectively.Soil aggregate R0.25,MWD and GMD increased by 7.98%,16.84%and 17.86%on average under intercropping,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that EE-GRSP,T-GRSP and SOC were significantly positively correlated with R0.25,MWD and GMD,with an average correlation coefficient of 0.78.Therefore,multi-year cropping and phosphorus application promoted the accumulation of GRSP in soil and improved the particle size of soil aggregates,thus promoting the stability of soil aggregates.关键词
