摘要

Abstract

To reveal the microbial community compositional characteristics of rhizosphere soil in different potato varieties,this study conducted a field positioning experiment in the semi-arid region of the Loess Plateau.High-throughput sequencing and polymerase chain reaction techniques were employed,and the assembly processes of the rhizosphere soil microbial community were analyzed based on a null model.The results showed that there were certain differences in the microbial community composition of different potato variety rhizosphere soils.The dominant bacterial genera in different varieties were Arthrobacter,Nocardioides,and Streptomyces.However,the Longshu10(LS10),Dingshu3(DS3)significantly increased the relative abundance of Streptomyces and Aeromicrobium,while Longshu22(LS22)significantly increased the relative abundance of MND1 compared with the control variety.The dominant fungal genera in the rhizosphere soil of LS10 and Qingshu9(QS9)were Acremonium,while the dominant fungal genus in DS3 was Mortierella,and the dominant genus of other varieties was Chalara.DS3 significantly increased the relative abundance of Lasiobolidium and Phialophora.The sensitive microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of LS10,Longshu16(LS16),and QS9 were Cellvibrionales(bacteria),Cantharellales(fungi),and Basidiobolales(fungi),respectively.The sensitive microorganisms in the rhizosphere of Longshu14(LS14)included the bacteria Adlerbacteria,and the fungi Orbiliales,Dothideomycetes,and Magnaporthales.The microbial community assembly processes analysis indicated that the bacterial community assembly in the rhizosphere of DS3 and LS14 was dominated by deterministic processes,while the assembly of bacterial and fungal communities in the rhizosphere of other varieties was dominated by random processes.
