The Practical Path and Implications of the New Rural Collective Economy in Promoting Rural Revitalization:Taking Tangqi Village in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an Example

Abstract
As an innovative practical form of the public ownership economy,the new rural collective economy is an economic form that relies on collective resource elements and promotes common development through the collabora-tion and sharing among members.Tangqi Village in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,is a new model of common prosperity and rural revitalization achieved in the developed eastern regions through the development of new rural collective economy.This study reviews the development process of the collective economy in Tangqi Village and ana-lyzes its specific practical paths of adhering to the leadership of the Party building,actively promoting industrial in-tegration,the construction of civilized rural customs,modernization of governance,and green development to promote rural revitalization.The research indicates that the experience of Tangqi Village provides an important reference for similar villages in Zhejiang Province and across the country.It proposes that it is necessary to adhere to the Party's overall leadership over rural work,truly respect the principal position of farmers,be courageous in innovating deve-lopment models,and pay attention to balance and unity,so as to promote the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy and contribute to the realization of the goals of rural revitalization and common prosperity.关键词
