硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇产时发热的相关因素分析
Analysis of related factors of intrapartum fever in parturients with epidural labor analgesia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors of intrapartum fever in parturients with epidural labor analgesia.Methods A total of 767 full-term pregnant women who underwent vaginal delivery with epidural labor analgesia in the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from March 2023 to June 2024 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to whether they had intrapartum fever,they were divided into fever group(169 cases)and non-fever group(598 cases).Related clinical data were collected.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of intrapartum fever in parturients undergoing epidural labor analgesia.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in primipara,Oxytocin use,cervical size when rupture of membranes,number of vaginal examinations during the first stage of labor,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the total stage of labor,the duration of epidural labor analgesia to labor,and the duration of rupture of membranes(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that gradeⅢamniotic fluid contamination,cervical size when rupture of membranes,and the duration of epidural labor analgesia to labor were the influencing factors of intrapartum fever in parturients with epidural labor analgesia(P<0.05).Conclusion GradeⅢ amniotic fluid contamination,cervical size when rupture of membranes,and the duration from epidural labor analgesia to delivery are the influencing factors of intrapartum fever in parturients undergoing epidural labor analgesia,which should be paid attention in clinical practice.关键词
