江苏淮安涟水地区健康孕妇甲状腺功能指标参考区间的建立及临床意义
Establishment and clinical significance of reference intervals of thyroid function indexes in healthy pregnant women in Huai'an Lianshui Area of Jiangsu Province

Abstract
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of thyroid related parameters in healthy pregnant women,establish the reference interval of thyroid function index suitable for healthy pregnant women in Lianshui Area,and verify its practicability.Methods According to different gestational ages,306 healthy pregnant women who completed prenatal examination in Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were divided into early pregnancy group(106 cases),middle pregnancy group(100 cases)and late pregnancy group(100 cases).The levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)of all the subjects were detected,and the reference intervals of thyroid function indicators during pregnancy were established and verified.Results There were statistically significant differences in FT3,FT4 and TSH levels among the three groups(P<0.05).With the increase of gestational age,FT3 and FT4 levels gradually decreased,and TSH level gradually increased(P<0.05).The reference intervals of FT3,FT4 and TSH in early pregnancy group were 4.40-5.54 pmol/L,14.50-18.74 pmol/L and 1.49-2.15 mIU/L,respectively.The reference intervals of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the middle pregnancy group were 3.94-5.36 pmol/L,11.53-16.37 pmol/L and 1.84-2.59 mIU/L,respectively.The reference intervals of FT3,FT4 and TSH in late pregnancy group were 2.82-5.04 pmol/L,9.62-15.62 pmol/L and 2.31-3.09 mIU/L,respectively.The number of pregnant women whose results exceeded the reference interval<2 cases.Conclusion There are differences in the levels of thyroid function indicators in healthy pregnant women at different stages of pregnancy.The establishment of reference intervals of thyroid function indicators during pregnancy can provide important reference value for the timely detection of thyroid diseases in pregnant women.关键词
