摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of magnetic stimulation combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback(magnetoelectric combination therapy)in the treatment of patients with postpartum pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods Sixty patients with mild postpartum POP admitted to Sunshine Union Hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy)and the observation group(magnetoelectric combination therapy)according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength grade,Glazer assessment results of pelvic floor surface electromyography,the improvement of urinary incontinence and constipation symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment,and the comprehensive condition of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetoelectric combination therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of postpartum POP.关键词
