Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of cervical dilatation balloon combined with Oxytocin on cervical maturity and labor process of full-term pregnant women.Methods The clinical data of 80 full-term pregnant women who needed induction of labor in Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the intervention methods,they were divided into control group(39 cases,Oxytocin)and study group(41 cases,cervical dilatation balloon combined with Oxytocin).The cervical maturity,labor process,success rate of induction,neonatal Apgar score and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 hours of intervention,the Bishop score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induction of labor and Apgar scores of newborns at 1 and 5 minutes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cervical dilatation balloon combined with Oxytocin induction in full-term pregnant women can improve cervical maturity,shorten the labor process,improve the success rate of induction,neonatal Apgar score,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
