摘要
Abstract
This article reports a case of a pregnant woman who was diagnosed with Listeria monocytogenes infection through etiological examination in the second trimester of pregnancy and developed bacteriemia,resulting in a stillbirth.The medical history,clinical symptoms,signs of infection,auxiliary examinations and pregnancy outcomes of the pregnant woman were analyzed.Combined with literature review,the clinical characteristics,perinatal outcomes,clinical diagnosis and treatment process of Listeria monocytogenes infection during pregnancy were discussed,in order to promote early clinical recognition,early diagnosis and early treatment of this disease and improve pregnancy outcomes.关键词
