Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Methylprednisolone in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 92 children with asthma admitted to Wuxi Huishan District People's Hospital from June 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(46 cases)received the therapy of Methylprednisolone alone,and the observation group(46 cases)received the therapy of Budesonide combined with Methylprednisolone.The clinical efficacy,lung function indicators,levels of inflammatory factors,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Budesonide and Methylprednisolone has better effects in treating pediatric asthma,which can improve lung function,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
